Bryan Muwonge

Founder, Executive & Marketing Director

Bryan Muwonge is a seasoned entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and leadership mentor with over 20 years of experience across FMCGs, telecoms, agribusiness, and enterprise development. Founder & CEO of Divine Edge Limited and Goshen Abattoir, Bryan has held senior leadership roles at Warid Telecom, MultiChoice (DStv), East African Breweries, and Nile Breweries. At BNI, Bryan is passionate about helping boys develop an entrepreneurial and growth mindset, understand leadership, and make real-life decisions. He holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing.

Alyce Kampire Muwonge

Co-founder & Director Finance & Operations

Alyce Muwonge is a Finance and Investment Leader and trusted advisor with over 20 years of Senior Management and Board experience across advisory, fund management, and enterprise development in Africa. She mentors entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investment teams, bringing expertise in capital structuring, financial systems, and business growth. Rooted in faith, Alyce is passionate about guiding young men to discover identity, steward resources wisely, and step into responsible leadership within their families, communities, and society.

Pastor Sam Muyinda

Co-founder & Director Programs & Impact

Sam Muyinda is a faith-driven leader, mentor, and transformational teacher, with a deep commitment to raising the next generation of men grounded in purpose, character, and spiritual conviction. As Co-Founder and Director of Programs and Impact at The Boys Network International, he provides strategic and programmatic leadership, shaping mentorship experiences that speak to identity, discipline, leadership, and life purpose. He has worked closely with young people, families, and communities, guiding them through practical and faith-based principles that foster personal growth, responsibility, and strong moral foundations. Sam is passionate about developing young men who are rooted in faith, confident in identity, and equipped to lead, enabling them to take their place as responsible leaders in their homes, communities, and society.

Director, Head of Partnerships

Martin is a Commercial Business Leader and leading captain of industry with 20+ years of C-Suite level experience within the commercial space in East Africa. A seasoned coach and mentor to sales leaders and SMEs, Martin boasts an impressive people infrastructural network and brings this to bear in his consulting capacity and to BNI. Rooted in faith and intentional about creating a better future for tomorrow's leaders, Martin is committed to enabling today's young men to find their focus, prepare pathways, and be best equipped to take on their mantle as priests in their homes and communities.
